I missed my appointment three weeks ago because of the snowstorm Monday, March 16th. Our rescheduled appointment wasn’t till July 2nd. So this new rescheduled appointment by Kate made us very happy! Excellent customer service and dental care at every level in this dental office/practice!! For me, a quality dentist is a huge must because of all the dental work I have had to have through the years. During Covid my trusted dentist retired and I quit looking for a new dentist until problems with my teeth stated up again. Everyone I have had contact with at this clinic has been helpful, welcoming and they are a dedicated team to quality care. Plus, they are right here in Germantown!
